The AtlantaRealtor.net listing-report tool turns an agent's source data — the RPR report, the MLS comp sheet, and the Showcase Listing IQ report — into one clear, private pricing report for the seller: the recommended list price, the strategy behind it, and the data it stands on.
Guided 8-step intake
The agent is prompted step by step: uploads, confirmed property facts, condition and pre-listing work, a verified comp set, their own value opinion, seller goals, and a final review. Nothing important is left to memory.
The agent has the final say
The tool recommends from the data; the agent decides. When an agent's numbers differ from the data's, the report says so — and says why, in the agent's own reasoning.
Private by design
Every seller report lives on the web only, behind an unguessable link and its own PIN. Never listed, never indexed — and the agent is notified when their seller views it.
